While we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment, we gladly provide store credit for eligible returns so you can continue finding what speaks to your soul.
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible physical products for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

Unused and in original, undamaged condition

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by a return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Shipped back within 7 days of return approval
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Custom or personalized items

Used, damaged, or incomplete items

Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at cjones@brandedservicesgrp.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital code, which can be used toward any future purchase from our shop.
Return-to-Credit Process:

We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Once received and approved, we’ll email you a store credit code.
