Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During seasonal launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always do our best to ship promptly.

Shipping Carriers:
We currently ship via USPS and UPS depending on the package size and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $50 USD may qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).

Digital Products:
All digital items (printables, downloads, journal pages, etc.) are delivered instantly via email and do not incur shipping charges.

Packaging:
Your order is packaged with care using eco-friendly and protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Bookmarks and inserts are shipped in rigid mailers; journals are carefully wrapped to prevent bending or damage.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at cjones@brandedservicesgrp.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
